Etzinger etzMAN W Manual Espresso Grinder
Etzinger’s etzMAN W is a commercial-grade, countertop manual grinder that uniquely combines the low RPM, high consistency of manual grinding with the precision dosing of weight-based grinding. Equipped with a built-in Acaia scale, the etzMAN W actively measures coffee as you grind, ensuring accurate hand-ground doses with minimal retention.

Etzinger’s etzMAN W is equipped with a built-in Acaia scale for weight-based grinding, an anti-static jig for fluffy and clump free grounds, and a set of suction feet to anchor the grinder to the counter while grinding. The etzMAN ships with two 32mm burr cones and grinds at approximately 0.3–0.6 grams per revolution using Etzinger’s proprietary Rotating Ring Burr system, which improves efficiency and reduces retention. The pre-installed AP Cone is designed for all-purpose, espresso focused use and feeds beans more slowly. The other burr is Etzinger's diamond cut ETZI cone that makes grinding easier thanks to its multi-levels of teeth.
Because there’s no electric motor, the etzMAN W operates almost noiselessly. The long arm is ergonomic and easy to turn and Etzinger includes a branded glove for your non-dominant hand to hold onto the etzMAN while grinding. For weight based grinding, the etzMAN W allows you to program up to three unique doses within 1/10th of a gram. Pressing the “start” button tells that grinder to tare your portafilter and actively begin weighing as you start grinding. As you approach your desired dose, the etzMAN W will begin beeping to alert you that it’s time to slow down and stop grinding.
It’s also incredibly easy to clean and maintain this grinder—simply unscrew the bottom burr for full access to the grind chamber, no tools necessary. Use the included 200g bean hopper or easily convert to single-dosing (sold separately). Each etzMAN W comes with a set of two included brushes, one for cleaning the burrs and one for brushing off any loose grinds. The included portafilter funnel is compatible with a 58mm portafilters and serves as an optional tool to prevent stray grinds from making their way onto your counter.
The grinder can also be converted to use as a single-dosing (sold separately) grinder as well.
